Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of pets, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened food or treat products
• Personalized or custom items
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
